I’m currently having an epic battle with Acer to get my computer fixed.  I have always been fairly impressed with their brand, and all of my computers are from them.  Unfortunately, this experience is making me re-evaluate my position.  When things move forward on the computer repair, perhaps I will share with you the horror that is Acer Customer Service.
